Established in December 1993, Hailian Saw Blade Technology Co., Ltd., previously known as Haiyan United Hacksaw Factory, is one of the first manufacturers in China to produce jig saw blades, reciprocating saw blades, multifunctional saw blades, hand saw blades, TCT circular saw blades, and gardening tools and accessories. Now, Hailian is a high-tech Chinese enterprise integrating research, development, production and sales.

Haiilian is located at No. 8, Jinping Road, Qinshan Industrial Zone, Qinshan Sub-district, Nuclear Power Town Industrial Park, Haiyan County, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, China. Boasting a modern standardized plant and a full range of advanced processing and manufacturing, R&D and testing equipment, the company has an annual output of over 60 million saw blades, which sell well throughout China and are also exported to European, American and Asian countries and regions.

Presently, the company has more than 300 employees, including more than 50 research and development specialists, and has set up a provincial-level corporate R&D center. As a member of the several national standard bodies, Hailian led the creation of the national standard on hand saw blades as well as the industrial standards on jig saw blades, reciprocating saw blades, oscillating saw blades, oscillating abrasive discs, oscillating scrapers, etc. Hailian Saw Industry Upper-end Sawing and Cutting Tools Research Institute, an affiliate of the company, is accredited by Zhejiang Province, and has made nearly one hundred R&D achievements in which the intellectual property rights are owned by the company, in the fields of research, development, process, manufacturing technology and equipment, and key technologies of sawing tools. The company has reached the international advanced level and become a domestic leader in terms of manufacturing technology and quality.

Hailian has ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management system. Its products are TUV, VPA and MPA certified and its testing center CNAS certified.
